The bookmaker accepts bets on sporting events and other internationally staged events. Bets are accepted and winnings are paid out once the customer has presented a valid identity document.

In the event of a staff error (misprints, odds errors, etc.), any deviation from these Terms when accepting bets, or improper bets of any kind, MLB reserves the right to declare such bets invalid. In this case, bets are paid out with odds of 1.00.
If suspicions of match fixing arise, the company may block all bets on the event until a final decision is made by an international organization, and may declare the bets invalid if a fixed event is confirmed. Bets are then paid out at odds of 1.00. MLB is under no obligation to share its findings or evidence of match fixing.
In the event of a clear error in the odds, bets will be settled using the final results according to the market odds for the given outcome.
Incorrectly settled bets (e.g., due to inaccurate results) will be recalculated. Bets placed between the incorrect calculation and recalculation remain valid. If a recalculation produces a negative balance, the customer must make a deposit before placing further bets.
If the outcome of an event was known at the time a bet was placed, that bet is settled with odds of 1.00.
The “Simultaneous Finish” rule covers outcomes where more than one participant is declared the winner. If two winners are announced, the total stake is divided by two when the bet is settled. If three or more winners are announced, all bets on this option are settled with odds of 1.00. This rule does not apply to “To be higher” bets.
If these Terms are updated, bets accepted from the effective date follow the new rules.
Customers are responsible for safeguarding their username and password. All bets registered on the mlb.org website and in retail locations are valid. Bets can only be canceled according to these Terms.
Connection failures or other technological issues on the customer’s side are not grounds for canceling a bet if it has been registered on the server.
Any bet placed by the customer is evidence that they are familiar with these Terms and agree with them.

Document verification may take up to 72 hours. If information is proven inauthentic, the company may cancel all bets and freeze transactions indefinitely while requesting further documents.
The bookmaker is not responsible for translation accuracy of team names, surnames, or event locations. Tournament headlines are auxiliary information and errors therein do not justify bet refunds.
MLB may update or add new Terms at any time. Updates take effect once published on the website.
MLB is not responsible for any damage or losses claimed to result from using the website or its content, including access issues, delays, communication failures, or content errors.
The account holder confirms that all actions performed using their account are made personally. If third parties gain access, the account holder bears responsibility.
